On the pad: tap a player, tap +2. Tap Timeout: a sponsor's name appears in the play-by-play. Tap Final: every family gets an email and a text, the record updates, and the coach lands on a recap draft written from the box score.
What sponsors see
Open the sponsor portal as Calhoun Auto Group after the game: the timeout shows under "Moments delivered" with the game, period and clock. The recap draft thanks them by name.
Clean up
On the pad, Reset game erases the plays and sets the game back to pregame so the demo can run again. The admin dashboard has a full "Reset demo data" if you want the whole site back to the seed.
Crew checklist: phone charged, pad open before tip-off, scorekeeper has the roster, coach confirms the final.
